AI strategy starts with people
Why useful AI strategy needs behaviour change, business priorities and adoption.

Adapted summary of Danny’s original post.A plan needs people
An AI strategy needs to explain how people’s work will change. A list of tools or experiments does not, by itself, make that change happen.
Ask the practical questions
Who will need to behave differently? Which decisions should improve? How will the organisation tell whether the change helped? Those questions connect the technology to users, business priorities and adoption.
Design for use
The point of the original post was to ground AI ambitions in a change people can understand and use. Behaviour, outcomes and adoption belong in the strategy from the start.
