The situation
A software product needs more than a feature set to become a business. Customer needs, the offer, commercial priorities and the ability to deliver have to make sense together. At PBR, that work sits alongside the continued development of the platform.
My contribution
As Managing Director, I work across commercial direction, customer conversations, product and delivery while remaining hands-on with engineering. This is the business and product side of my PBR work, distinct from building its AI-assisted software factory.
The work
Bring customer and operational needs into product decisions, then connect those decisions with how the platform is presented and offered to the market. The current product brings hire workflows together across quotes, contracts, fleet operations and invoicing, with different offers for brokers and fleet operators. My role connects that proposition with the team and implementation behind it.
The result
An active rental SaaS offer with a public product website and defined packages for different customer needs. The case shows the work of connecting product, customers, commercial direction and delivery; it does not assign unverified revenue or growth results.
