The situation
Finding an appropriate provider depends on more than a service name. Age, condition, location and preferences for online or in-person support can all affect what is relevant.
My contribution
A REYT collaboration with Dr Ashley Gluchowski at the University of Salford, bringing the service requirements into a usable provider-search experience.
The work
Developed a criteria-based search experience with matching providers sorted by proximity. Provider profiles brought service information together to help people compare relevant options.
The result
A web solution connecting individual needs with relevant provider information and proximity-based matching.
