The situation
The Register of Mobility Scorers needed new and existing dairy-cow mobility scorers to practise assessments and receive feedback. The organisation also needed visibility of how participants were performing.
My contribution
My involvement covered discovery, frontend work and delivery. The wider solution was developed collaboratively through REYT.
The work
Built a video-based assessment experience: watch the animal’s movement, record a score and receive immediate feedback. Weekly reporting gave RoMS a way to review assessment results across participants.
The result
A web-based training and assessment system supporting standardised scoring practice. Its value is the connection between an individual learning experience and operational reporting for the organisation.
