The situation
AI opportunities need a clear problem, a practical route into the business and people willing to use what is built. Startwell brings strategy, technology and product together across client work, its own products and shared ventures.
My contribution
As Chief Product Officer, my focus is choosing useful problems, shaping the product and connecting delivery with adoption and business value. I work alongside Gary Neville, Chief Executive Officer, and Ben Eastwood, Chief Technology Officer.
The work
Start with real work and the people doing it. Prioritise opportunities, shape and test a practical response, then work with the team to introduce it. Startwell also develops its own products and works with founders on ventures; those are shared company activities rather than claims of sole personal delivery.
The result
An active AI business spanning practical adoption services, products and venture building. This entry describes my current role and the company approach, without attributing every company project or result to me.
