The situation
P3RFORM was delivering its service through separate digital profiling and mobile tools. Those tools worked, but limited the consistency and scale of an offer spanning elite athletes and corporate wellbeing.
My contribution
REYT built the complete web and mobile application as a team. My involvement brought product and engineering together across the platform, including its wearable connections.
The work
Used co-design and innovation workshops to understand the journeys of staff and customers. The team shaped a technical and product strategy, then delivered a white-label web and mobile platform covering questionnaires, personalised communications, coaching workflows and wearable connections.
The result
A shared platform for sports and wellbeing settings, replacing a fragmented collection of tools with an integrated product. The delivery supported P3RFORM’s move towards a broader health and wellbeing service.
