The situation
Indigo Fitness was exploring a recovery product that could complement its training spaces and equipment. The initial question was how to define a focused application that could validate the opportunity.
My contribution
The REYT proposal brought together the product-shaping approach, mobile scope and administration requirements.
The work
The plan paired a mobile app for step-by-step recovery protocols and timers with an administration portal for maintaining those protocols. Shaping would align the product vision, user journeys, technical approach and first-release scope.
The result
A documented MVP proposition and delivery approach. The portfolio does not claim that the proposed app or commercial licensing model launched.
