The situation
The opportunity was to understand the challenges of a para-badminton programme and explore where technology could help its staff and athletes.
My contribution
REYT prepared meeting and pitch material to explore the programme’s challenges and make potential directions tangible.
The work
Prepared discussion material around athlete profiles, performance analysis and team management. Existing sports-product work helped make potential directions tangible for a conversation with the coaching team.
